Mount Wainui

Mt Wainui is a 722m peak situated south of Paraparaumu on the Kapiti coast. The enclosure, plinth, antenna & masts were specifically designed to weigh 1000KG which was the maximum capacity of the heli-lift as it was flown into the highest peak. This enclosure housed critical communications equipment powered by solar and an EFOY generator which runs on Methanol, the byproduct of which is water promoting an eco-friendly footprint.
